Join our team!

As a Product Manager at Quibim, you will play a key role in defining and scaling one of our core products—QP Insights, a centralized platform that integrates medical imaging and clinical data, enables AI-powered analysis, and provides advanced visualization tools for hospitals, pharma, and research organizations.

At Quibim, we aim to improve patient outcomes by driving innovation in medical imaging, precision medicine, and healthcare research. Because our technology has a direct impact on clinical and scientific decision-making, accuracy, security, and robustness are core to how we build.

You’ll work within a multicultural and collaborative team where respect, accountability, and shared purpose drive how we operate. Everyone brings unique expertise—but we win as one.

Do you want to be a Quibimer? It’s your time to join!

The challenge:

QP Insights serves as the central hub for storing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing imaging and clinical information, enabling users to derive meaningful insights from multimodal data (e.g., quantitative imaging biomarkers, clinical outcomes, AI-generated predictions).

A cornerstone of the product is our DICOM-based imaging viewer, where users visualize, edit, compare, and interact with AI-generated findings across a wide range of therapeutic areas. This role requires a strong sense of usability and interaction design, as users perform complex workflows such as comparing modalities, navigating multi-frame studies, manipulating 3D volumes, and validating algorithm outputs.

You will own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for QP Insights, ensuring the platform evolves in ways that deliver measurable value to key stakeholders—from radiologists and oncologists to pharmaceutical researchers and clinical operations teams.

What you'll do:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap based on customer evidence, scientific rigor, market insights, and regulatory considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, and clinical experts to translate scientific and clinical needs into intuitive product experiences.
  • Ensure a high-quality user experience for complex imaging workflows, prioritizing clarity, precision, and functionality in the viewer.
  • Conduct continuous discovery to validate problems, uncover user needs, and ensure strong product–market fit.
  • Partner with marketing, business development, and customer success to define messaging, go-to-market narratives, and adoption strategies.
  • Balance iteration speed with compliance, quality, and scientific validation in a regulated healthcare environment.
This role requires comfort with ambiguity, iterative problem-solving, and making decisions grounded in a mix of data, UX intuition, and scientific reasoning.

If you love uncovering pain points in the healthcare and research ecosystem, exploring user needs, and crafting elegant, data-driven solutions — you’ll love working as a Product Manager at Quibim.

You will be our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Background in biomedical engineering, medical imaging, computational sciences, or life sciences with a quantitative focus (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Experience building data-centric, analytics, or imaging products, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Basic familiarity with medical imaging concepts (e.g., DICOM structure, modalities, metadata, segmentation, multi-series / multi-frame images).
  • A usability-first mindset—comfortable designing and prioritizing complex interactive workflows for scientific or clinical users.
  • A bias for action — you’re hands-on, pragmatic, and motivated to make things happen fast while maintaining quality.
  • Strong product discovery skills and experience working directly with clinicians, researchers, or technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with bias toward experimentation and learning.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Based in Spain.
