We're looking for a motivated and driven Product Manager / Product Owner to join our innovative team in the SaaS hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the hospitality industry. What you will do

  • Decompose roadmap initiatives into epics, user stories, and sprint ready tasks.
  • Own and manage a prioritized product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Drive sprint planning and execution with engineering, ensuring stories are well defined, estimated, and ready.
  • Lead and contribute to agile ceremonies: refinement, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
  • Define acceptance criteria and validate outcomes to ensure quality and expected behavior before release.
  • Partner with UX and UI to deliver simple workflows and clear information design for dashboards and survey tooling.
  • Work closely with engineering to deliver on time, manage scope, and resolve trade offs quickly.

Stakeholder and customer alignment

  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership with clarity.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
  • Ensure products follow guest data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to hospitality.
  • Proven experience as Product Manager and or Product Owner in SaaS or B2B software.
  • Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans, clear requirements, and shipped outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills. You use data to prioritize, measure impact, and make decisions.
  • Solid agile practice. You write good user stories, run backlog management, and support sprint execution.
  • Strong communication skills with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with JIRA, Monday, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Flexible work schedule and hybrid model of work.
