Product Manager, Private Seller Experience (m/f/d)

The Private Seller Experience Product Team strives to make AutoScout24 the best place for consumers to successfully sell their cars, providing guidance every step of the way. As part of this team, you will play a key role in creating best-in-class selling experiences across our marketplaces. As a Product Manager, you will work independently, define & prioritize product and feature roadmaps based on group strategy and vision. You will define the scope and work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Analytics and Operations on the execution, inspiring and leading from behind.

What you'll do:

  • Own multiple products in the Private Seller and C2B space focused on driving adoption of those products and improving selling experiences across 5 marketplaces
  • Define the product roadmap feeding into the broader group strategy, communicate and align it with internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Dive deep into Private Seller needs and validate hypotheses together with UX Designers, Researchers, and Data Analysts
  • Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping & testing to development & implementation working closely with Engineering, Data Scientists, UX and Marketing teams
  • Develop clear product requirements and epics that can be used to create product specifications and architecture

What you'll bring:  

  • 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or similar digital environments.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental product management principles, tools, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives.
  • Customer-driven mindset and curiosity to develop a deep understanding of your customer group needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to dive into details to keep projects on track.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to raise issues early and drive fast decision-making.
  • Hands-on mentality that fosters teamwork, transparency, and timely delivery of product goals.
  • Fluency in English, German (understanding in reading, conversation) is a plus
