The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our efforts in the French market. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the direction of our products and make a significant impact on both local and global initiatives. You will have a broad focus and play an essential role in understanding the market dynamics, users' needs, and helping drive the overall product strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies for our products in the French market.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with the needs of users and the business.
  • Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Gather insights from users, market trends, and data to inform product development and drive continuous improvements.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to execution, focusing on key business metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze user behaviors, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics, ensuring alignment with Plum's global goals while addressing local market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across regions to ensure the French product roadmap aligns with broader strategic objectives.
  • Act as a key voice for the French market, advocating for user needs and market-specific requirements in product development discussions.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives while iterating on the product and experimenting with solutions to improve the user experience.

Ideally, you are someone who:

  • Has proven experience as a Product Manager within fintech industry
  • Brings strong skills in product strategy, execution, and data analysis to drive product decisions.
  • Can work effectively with engineering and design teams, clearly communicating user needs and technical requirements.
  • Understands how to navigate market dynamics, including local regulatory, cultural, and user behavior factors specific to the French market.
  • Can balance ambiguity with action and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Possesses a strategic mindset but also a hands-on approach, willing to dive into the details and drive projects forward.
  • Is passionate about user-centered design, and can turn customer feedback into actionable product features.
  • Has a strong data-driven mindset, using analytics and user data to influence decisions.
  • Is comfortable collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring alignment across different regions and functions.
