Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up founded in 2016. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trucks rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.

Want to join the adventure? As a Product Manager, you will:

• Connect with customers through focus groups, interviews, and site visits to understand their needs and challenges, and use this info to shape product decisions.

• Work closely with designers to test and improve designs.

• Ensure our products are easy to use and deliver the results customers need.

• Analyze feedback, run experiments, and use data to prioritize the most important features that support business goals and customer needs.

• Write clear development briefs and give feedback to developers to keep everything on track.

• Help manage the product release process, making sure everything runs smoothly from testing to launch and meets quality standards.

• Provide internal teams (sales, customer success, implementation) with product knowledge, training, and documentation.

• Keep development workflows organized using tools like JIRA.

• Assist with tough customer issues by providing 3rd-line support and working with consultants and customer success teams on challenging projects.

Requirements

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who we are looking for, but here are some pointers:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS Product Company.

• You already have a good knowledge of APIs and integrations.

• You have an analytical mind and are eager to figure things out.

• You can work effectively across teams to align and inspire internal/external stakeholders.

• You are a good communicator who can explain complex things in a simple way.

• You have a solid proficiency in English (our company language) and a good working proficiency in Dutch.

• Bonus points if you master technical tools and processes like Lucidchart, Figma and UML diagramming principles.
