Contribute to the development of advanced payment solutions in Southeast Asia by managing complex routing processes and ensuring compliance with banking partners.
Xendit provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand. We process payments, power marketplaces, disburse payroll and loans, provide KYC solutions, prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially. We serve our customers by providing a suite of world-class APIs, eCommerce platform integrations, and easy to use applications for individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, and enterprises alike.
Our main focus is building the most advanced payment rails for Southeast Asia, with a clear goal in mind — to make payments across and within SEA simple, secure and easy for everyone. We serve thousands of businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational enterprises, and process millions of transactions monthly. We’ve been growing rapidly since our inception in 2015, onboarding hundreds of new customers every month, and backed by global top-10 VCs. We’re proud to be featured on among the fastest growing companies by Y-Combinator.
At Xendit we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join the Cards Acquiring team. You will be working on the core rails that allow businesses across APAC (and soon LatAm) to accept payments seamlessly.
This isn’t just about maintaining a roadmap; it’s about solving complex routing puzzles. We work with multiple upstream providers to ensure high authorization rates, cost efficiency, and compliance. You will help us build and maintain features such as Smart Routing, Recurring Payments, 3DS security, and Mobile Wallets (Apple/Google Pay).
We need someone who loves digging into data, is not afraid of technical diagrams, and is ready to get their hands dirty with the operational details that keep our licenses and partnerships active.
