Responsible for the planning, optimization, and innovation of our core payment product line. You will need to deeply understand the pain points of merchants and users during the payment process.   • Responsible for the long-term planning and short-term iterations of payment products (such as gateway, acquisition, accounts, fund processing modules), and developing the product roadmap.
  • Continuously conduct competitive analysis, market research, and user studies to identify innovation opportunities, and lead the proof-of-concept and implementation of new features.
  • Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), collaborate with designers to complete user experience design, ensuring the feasibility, security, and user experience of product solutions.
  • Focus on core payment processes, including but not limited to: account setup and onboarding, payment routing, transaction processing, clearing and reconciliation, and error handling.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Control team to embed transaction risk controls and compliance requirements into the product design, balancing user experience with business security.
  • Work with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide product support and jointly drive product commercialization and customer growth.
  • Define and monitor core product metrics, drive product decisions through data, and continuously optimize product performance and commercial benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product experience in the payment domain, familiar with the integration and operational mechanisms of mainstream domestic and international payment channels and stablecoin payments.
  • Proficient in core payment business processes, including acquisition, clearing and settlement, routing, and error handling.
  • Strong logical analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage complex product modules.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, capable of efficiently coordinating multiple teams to achieve common goals.
  • Deep understanding of payment industry regulations, security standards, and personal information protection laws.
  • Understanding of high-availability, high-concurrency, and distributed system architectures, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
  • Keen insight into user experience, committed to providing a secure, smooth, and simple payment process for users.
  • Possess cost and revenue awareness, able to plan and evaluate product features from a commercial perspective.
