Product Manager Responsibilities
Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
Understand Aircall’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission.
Incorporate data, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap over your area of responsibility.
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
Work with your Engineering and Design counterparts to drive product development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups and guide the team through key milestones.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Adapt if necessary.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience using analytics to drive product results;
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS software leading a product area;
Proven success in launching products, features, or flows and tracking their impact on business metrics;
Empathetic leader who ensures stakeholders are aligned and compelled by the product vision;
Strong communication skills with clear, structured thinking;
Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
