Product Manager

Obrela’s Product Management team holds a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle management of Obrela’s cyber security products. The team’s mission is to complete the full productization of the existing services and platform and bring the right products to market with the objective of delivering value to our customers, meeting market requirements and ensuring business growth while maintaining a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving landscape.

About the role

As a Cyber Security Product Manager, you will become an integral part of the team that leads the end-to-end product life cycle and innovates new product offerings. This role reports directly to the Head of Product. As part of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

In This Role, You’ll Get to

• Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead in-person conversations with internal and external customers to understand user needs and priorities.
• Work with product squads to create detailed specifications for new product requirements and features.
• Work closely with the product owners to prioritize the product backlogs according to business and relevant stakeholder value.
• Support discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Contribute to the further development and maturation of Obrela’s Product Management function (e.g., development and establishment of product management processes, development of Obrela’s Product Metrics Framework, etc.).
• Build product enablement content and deliver product enablement sessions.
  

What You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT-focused or platform-focused product management positions and a good understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• OR 5 years' experience in cybersecurity related positions with familiarity with Product Management practices
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-departmental teams.
• Effective communicator (written and verbal). Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to distill complex technical and non-technical topics into easily understood written requirements for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a tense working environment, keeping a positive mindset.
• Demonstrate strong culture in priority definition and effective stakeholder management.
• Eager to get outside your comfort zone.
• Fluent written & spoken English.
