Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for NetVendor’s Cross-Sell Solutions portfolio. This includes our Bidding, Contract Management, and related Maintenance and Procurement workflows.
You will be instrumental in leveraging AI in your day-to-day decision-making; translating customer and market problems into scalable, high-impact solutions that deepen client engagement across our product suite. This role requires a unique blend of market empathy, data-driven prioritization, and collaborative execution, serving as the voice of both PMCs and Vendors across the entire source-to-settlement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Problem Discovery (Pragmatic “Market” Focus)
- Conduct in-depth market discovery with Property Management Companies and Vendors to uncover inefficiencies in sourcing, contracting, and service execution.
- Identify and segment key personas (e.g., procurement managers, maintenance coordinators, vendor owners) and map their end-to-end workflows.
- Validate problems through quantitative data, client interviews, and field research to prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
- Leverage AI to support product backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and market analysis, while driving AI-enabled features in future releases.
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and refine the product vision for Cross-Sell Solutions, ensuring alignment with NetVendor’s strategic objectives and platform roadmap.
- Develop and manage a portfolio roadmap spanning Bidding, Contract Management, Maintenance, and Source-to-Settlement capabilities.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize investments that drive customer retention, cross-sell growth, and operational efficiency.
Product Execution
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver roadmap initiatives on time and with measurable value.
- Translate customer problems into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies — ensuring the voice of the market guides development priorities.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market alignment in partnership with Operations, Marketing and Sales.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Advocate for both PMCs and Vendors, balancing needs for usability, compliance, and operational transparency.
- Support frontline teams through enablement materials, release training, and rollout coordination.
- Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and product KPIs to inform continuous improvement and lifecycle management.
Product Evangelism
- Represent NetVendor’s Cross-Sell portfolio in customer strategic alignment meetings, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Stay current on trends in PropTech, ProcurementTech, and MaintenanceTech to inform strategic innovation and competitive differentiation.
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven success managing SaaS products with complex B2B workflows — ideally in procurement, sourcing, or property operations.
- Deep understanding of multifamily operations and vendor management ecosystems, specifically with an understanding of property back-office operations.
- Experience driving adoption across interconnected product suites or cross-sell environments.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-informed decision-making with a Pragmatic, market-first mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS or PropTech solutions.
- Experience in procurement and maintenance technology strongly preferred.
