What We Need

We’re looking for a technically strong, highly collaborative Product Manager to serve as the connective tissue across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams. This person will translate product strategy into clear positioning, lead cross-functional launches, and ensure our no-code automation platform resonates with customer needs and market opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, storytelling, and executional drive to help shape product direction and maximize impact in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Collaboration: You will work closely with the product team to maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal developments and strategic roadmap. Serve as an internal integrator, fostering collaboration and synergy among all departments.
  • Product Marketing: Develop engaging, clear, and differentiating messaging to market no-code automation platform. Work with sales and marketing to understand the customer needs, pain points, and journey to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Launch Management: Lead and manage the rollout of new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution. Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth and successful launches.
  • Content and training Development: Manage the creation of high-quality content and training for new releases.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign successes, customer feedback, and market trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement for products in the market. Perform research to understand emerging markets, new product development opportunities, market sizes and segments to align internal product development.
  • Industry Engagement: Eagerly pursue a deep understanding of the industry, including competitor strategies, emerging technologies, and market trends.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned in support of the company’s goals and objectives.

 

What You Bring

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager at a software/tech company. SaaS and AI experience is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong technical background with proven ability to excel in Engineering or Product Management team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and determination.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic and geographically/time-zone distributed environment.
  • Passion for technology is a must!

 

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize the impact that our people make in helping us achieve our goals.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between CAD $85,000 - CAD $110,000 plus potential bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
