  • Partner closely with CSMs/Solution Architects to understand client issues and identify new requirements.
  • Use AI to manage all client feedback/issues in a timely manner and build a system that learns from every resolved issue.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features that execute the product vision

  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Legal, GTM) to ensure smooth product execution and risk management.
What we’re looking for:
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, product operations, or fintech background.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, expense management is preferred.
  • AI fluency - You've had real world experience with Claude Code (or similar tooling) to create knowledge bases/skills, prototyping and technical concepts.
  • Prioritization master - you have the fortitude to intake many things at once and come out the other side clear-headed and confident on what to do first.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you know when to talk technical or when to explain it like a 5 year old.
  • Strong customer empathy - it keeps you up at night if our product isn't meeting a client's expectations.
