About the role

This role requires a marketplace perspective that balances hirer needs with candidate experience. You'll collaborate closely with Commercial, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Sales teams across APAC.

  • Develop execution plans, and deliver enhancements and new functionality for our Contracted Hirers (working in concert with other relevant teams who also build non-job ad value).
  • Own key metrics / outcomes related to Contracted Hirers and Insights.
  • Stay abreast of technology, industry and competitor trends.

Skills and experience

  • Strategic problem-solver, comfortable working in a space with significant ambiguity.
