Celtra is looking for a Product Manager to help elevate our Creative Automation platform! You’ll co-own the roadmap and shape the future of tools that let marketing teams create high-quality digital assets at massive scale - fast, flexibly, and with less fuss.

You’ll tackle big, exciting questions like: How can marketers make great creative with minimal effort? How do we make post-production smoother and more customizable? Where should we plug into other workflow and project-management tools?

What You’ll Do

Finding new product market growth opportunities with fortune 1000 brands and major agencies.
Co-ownership and responsibility of the respective roadmap.
Lead full lifecycle of new products and features development from product discovery to market rollout and client adoption in collaboration with engineering teams and marketing.
Contributing to the development of business plans, forecasting, pricing, and positioning of new product offerings.
Working closely with customers on product discovery and new opportunities through alpha/beta experiments and testing as well as with sales and customer success to drive deals and satisfaction.

Who You Are

An engineering, technology, or business oriented degree or background.
3 years+ of general product management and/or engineering experience within a SaaS environment, ideally working with CRM, BPM, and/or other workflow solutions.
A clear and structured way of thinking - you bring order to ambiguity and like seeing things in lists, flows, or frameworks.
Strong communication with a proactive mindset — listens, challenges, simplifies, and takes initiative to get things done.
Experience in designing experiments, interpreting data.
Ability to re-engineer complex systems and their logic in order to simplify user interaction.
Prior experience developing integration and/or APIs (a plus).
