The Role

As a Senior PM for our new personal loans product at OnePay, you will own and scale a new product from day one. This is a core strategic bet for Marketplace and is expected to become a major revenue driver over time. You’ll lead the full customer journey from application and qualification through approval, decline, and ongoing optimization, with a sharp focus on conversion, economics, and customer experience. You will:

  • Own the personal loans product end-to-end, including in-app experience, web expansion, funnel optimization, and second-look strategies

  • Define and optimize the qualification and conversion funnel, with a focus on approval rate, branching logic, segmentation, and revenue impact

  • Partner with Marketing to scale acquisition across paid, direct mail, landing pages, and aggregator traffic

  • Lead roadmap and vendor integration strategy with external lending partners while influencing underwriting and offer design

  • Drive measurable business outcomes including conversion, ARPU, revenue growth, and customer experience improvements

You Bring

  • 6-10+ years of product management experience, with deep knowledge in personal loans

  • Strong understanding of lending funnels, including application flows, qualification logic, approval/decline UX, and second-look strategies

  • Demonstrated success optimizing consumer conversion funnels with clear revenue impact

  • Strong data fluency; comfortable working with segmentation, conversion metrics, funnel branching, and financial performance KPIs

  • Experience building consumer financial products across mobile and web

  • Ability to balance customer empathy with business performance

  • Experience operating in white-label or vendor-integrated environments
