As a B2C Product Manager, you will own and shape the product experience for a global consumer audience. You will work closely with engineering, design, growth, and AI teams to build features that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product intuition with data-driven decision making and enjoys building mobile products used by millions of users.
You will play a key role in defining product strategy, improving user experience, and scaling Lucida AI’s consumer product globally.
◦ Define and drive the product roadmap for Lucida AI’s consumer applications
◦ Work closely with engineering, design, and AI teams to ship impactful product features
◦ Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and experiments to improve engagement and retention
◦ Run A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion, onboarding, and subscription flows
◦ Identify opportunities to improve user experience and product-market fit
◦ Collaborate with growth teams to scale acquisition, activation, and monetization
◦ Translate product insights into clear product requirements and execution plans
◦ Own product features end-to-end from concept to launch and iteration
Requirements
◦ 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2C mobile applications
◦ Strong understanding of consumer product development and user experience
◦ Experience working with mobile products and subscription-based business models
◦ Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with product metrics and experiments
◦ Ability to prioritize effectively and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
◦ Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, and growth teams
◦ Strong communication and product storytelling skills
◦ Experience with AI-driven products or consumer AI applications is a strong plus
◦ Strong product taste and obsession with user experience
◦ Curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies and product ideas
