The Product Manager is a dynamic leader who blends deep expertise in the linguistic services industry with a passion for healthcare equity. You will lead the strategic planning and optimization of platforms and integrated solutions that deliver life-changing interpretation and translation services. Your work ensures that technology acts as an enabler—never a barrier—for patients receiving the care they deserve.
Define the vision and roadmap for remote interpretation (VRI/OPI), on-site scheduling, and translation ecosystems.
Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs and usability to ensure our delivery models are progressively better every day.
Lead initiatives to integrate language access workflows with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and healthcare communication platforms.
Collaborate with UX and engineering to design scalable solutions that prioritize the well-being and ease of use for both the clinician and the patient.
Partner with our linguists—who take pride in their profession—to advance workflows through translation management systems (TMS) and assistive technologies.
Identify market trends and "Go the Extra Mile" to solve real customer pain points before they become obstacles to care.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support go-to-market activities and client adoption.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone feels heard and empowered during the development lifecycle.
Experience: 5+ years in product management or ownership, preferably within language services, healthcare technology, or SaaS solutions.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of remote/on-site interpretation and translation workflows.
Technical Background: Familiarity with APIs and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
Integrity-Driven: A proven track record of Doing the Right Thing and managing stakeholders through honest, open, and respectful communication.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making balanced with empathy for the end-user.
