TLDR

Shape and execute the evolution of LemonEdge's product suite to enhance user engagement and streamline complex financial operations across the platform.

About LemonEdge

LemonEdge is a next-generation accounting platform purpose-built for private capital markets. Our technology gives fund administrators and asset managers the tools to automate complexity, improve transparency, and scale faster. With strong early traction in North America and EMEA, we are now entering our next phase of growth focused on customer expansion, operational discipline, and world-class client experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and execute the evolution of LemonEdge's product suite. This role spans how users discover, interact with, and derive value from LemonEdge's platform — from core workflows to the features that make complex financial operations feel seamless.

You will work closely with Engineering, GTM, and Client Success to define product direction and deliver high-quality experiences across the platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys getting into the technical weeds with engineers, and balances strategic thinking with relentless execution.

LemonEdge is a remote-first company. Team members are expected to travel for in-person onsite gatherings periodically to collaborate, plan, and connect as a team.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the vision and execution of LemonEdge's platform overhaul, balancing the demands of re-architecture with the need to continuously deliver value to customers
  • Write detailed product specs and requirements that engineers can move fast on — with enough technical depth to pressure-test architecture decisions and surface trade-offs early
  • Dig into APIs, data models, and integrations to deeply understand how the platform works and where friction lives
  • Partner with leadership to define and execute a product roadmap grounded in customer needs, market opportunity, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, GTM, and Client Success to deliver scalable, high-quality product features
  • Champion the customer perspective, ensuring products reduce friction, improve usability, and deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Use data, metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and continuous product improvement

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience shipping SaaS products across multiple cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to write tight, technically grounded specs and work fluidly alongside engineering teams
  • Comfort navigating data models, APIs, and system integrations — you don't need to write the code, but you know how to ask the right questions
  • A strong intolerance for friction and poor UX, with a high bar for quality from underlying systems to the final user experience
  • Strong product intuition grounded in data, with comfort diving into metrics, customer feedback, and edge cases
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style, enabling alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on fintech, financial operations, or compliance-adjacent products
  • Familiarity with fund administration, partnership accounting, or private markets workflows
  • Background in or adjacent to software engineering, data engineering, or systems design
  • Experience with financial systems, accounting logic, or infrastructure/platform products
  • Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
  • Comfort working directly with customers to validate workflows and iterate quickly

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision
  • Remote work options
  • 401(k) plan with employer contributions
  • Paid time off
  • Generous parental and family leave policies
  • Challenging problems to tackle with a supportive, entrepreneurially driven team
  • A strong work culture centered on integrity, excellence, and transparency
