We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager (PM) to own the intersection with Scalable’s existing and future product offerings. As the PM, you will play a crucial role in developing our platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our clients. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery of innovative solutions to challenging problems.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.

Client Experience: Implement user-centric improvements across Scalable’s product offerings, ensuring that our investment platform meets the evolving expectations of our clients.

Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.

Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage dependencies across teams to ensure optimal delivery of products.

Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.
- Passion for technology, finance and digital products
- Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets or, banking domains
- Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloud-native, microservice-based technology platforms
- Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
- Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
- A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
- Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story, you can handle it
- Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar applications
- Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
