About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to focus on managing a range of digital and non-digital products.  You will lead the delivery of products aligning with agreed strategic, financial and non-financial performance indicators, ensuring they are developed efficiently and delivered successfully against the needs of our customers.  You’ll be diligent with the detail and maintain a focus on customer journey throughout everything you do.

You will manage an Assistant Product Manager, and as a team will be responsible for managing the whole lifecycle of a category of products ensuring they are delivered to agreed performance indicators.

A clear focus will be needed to maximise the overall performance, profitability and impact of IOSH products and services, and to align to our strategic aims.

What you'll bring

The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record of maximising income, profitability and value, in a similar Product/Category Management role.  You’ll have the ability to build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders and use your expert knowledge to influence and negotiate when required. Excellent knowledge of the product development lifecycle and ability to create robust business cases is a must.  Previous experience in a training/education environment would be advantageous.

Experience working with full project lifecycle.

Experience of working in a global market.

Significant experience in a product management role.
