Product Manager Intern

Role

As a Product Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day activities of a Software Product Manager. You will deliver v1 of a customer-facing dashboard, and be responsible for shepherding this feature from research to definition through to production, working with cross-functional teams and partners. This is a unique opportunity to build a feature 0-1 with real-world impact. 

How your work moves the mission forward

• Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed information on requirements and constraints.
• Research customer needs.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Coordinate across cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to design, scope, and build the dashboard.
• Manage feature launch, including documentation and other supporting materials.
• Convey the impact of your feature to the rest of the company.

Skills you will need to be successful

• Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design) or pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
• Organized and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Integrity that fosters a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Prior experience building user-facing software products/features, preferably in B2B.
