Product Manager, Integrations & Enterprise

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the enterprise product surface area at Blueprint.

This means building for behavioral health organizations that deploy Blueprint across hundreds or thousands of clinicians. You’ll own the roadmap for enterprise capabilities, including EHR integrations and enterprise-specific features, and ensure these deployments are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with our core product principles.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality solutions, and work alongside Sales and Customer Success to translate real customer needs into clear product decisions. The goal is not to deliver one-off implementations, but to convert enterprise complexity into clean, repeatable product infrastructure.

What you’ll do

Own the enterprise roadmap

• Define and prioritize the Enterprise team roadmap
• Balance integrations, enterprise features, and core product alignment
• Translate real deployment learnings into durable product improvements
• Make tradeoffs between speed, scope, and long-term maintainability

Shape and scale EHR integrations

• Own the product strategy for EHR integrations
• Turn bespoke integration requests into repeatable patterns
• Expand the set of supported EHRs in a structured way
• Ensure integrations feel native, not bolted on

Drive enterprise execution

• Partner with engineering and design to ship enterprise initiatives
• Scope projects, define sequencing, and manage timelines

Support enterprise Sales and Success (as needed)

• Join key calls where product clarity or technical depth is needed
• Educate prospects and customers about the capabilities and limitations of Blueprint and AI generally
• Advocate for best practices in deployment and use of Blueprint
• Provide input into deal structure and scope

What we’re looking for

• Experience in digital health with experience building products that rely on robust EHR integrations
• Strong product ownership — you can define a roadmap and make hard tradeoffs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous enterprise environments
• Strong execution skills; you can take an initiative from idea to shipped
• Experience building AI-powered features and employing AI tools in your own work
• Intellectual curiosity around AI, mental health, and product development
