About the Role
About Plutus - Plutus is a strategic partnership between Zeta and HDFC bank with the mission to build a digital bank completely from scratch. Plutus will serve the bank’s 25 mn+ consumers and drive growth to double the base to 50 Mn+ in the next 5 years. To achieve this, we’ve reimagined banking completely from the ground up.

About the Team
The Plutus core team is powering:
1. A modern payment App which supercharges the customer experience exploiting powers which only an issuing bank can exercise and capabilities of a super flexible Tachyon Platform.
2. A series of digital first, modem Credit Products targeted initially towards digital savvy & Millennial audiences which we believe shall change the landscape of Credit Products in India.
Responsibilities
- End to end responsibility for lifecycle of Credit Accounts issued & processed on our underlying banking platform for HDFC bank.
- Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to create and launch innovative Credit Products with support for multiple distribution models.
- Experiment and iterate on sourcing & onboarding efficiencies, reward programs etc.
- Collaborate and contribute to commercial success of Credit Programs mentioned above
- Own communication and stakeholder management for Product & Delivery excellence for Programs mentioned above.
Skills
- Seamlessly juggle b/w roadmaps and execution and lead cross-functional teams
- Written code in your past life or understand engineering nuances very well
- High on ownership & teamwork and enjoys hustling
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ yrs of total experience in an engineering and/or product role
- 3+ yrs of experience in shipping successful B2B / B2C products
- Hands on experience building products and/or features in payments and banking is preferred as it will help you cut down the learning curve
- Strong new product design experience and a fanatical approach to customer experience.
