About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager II to own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Careem Box across the UAE and Jordan. This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role - you won't just ship features, you'll define what gets built and why, partnering closely with Growth, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll be the connective tissue between customer needs and business performance, setting the product direction for one of Careem's most exciting bets.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and long-term strategy for Careem Box, making clear prioritization calls that balance customer value with commercial impact.
• Navigate complex dependencies across the Careem super app, aligning multiple product areas to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives, partnering with Growth, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams across UAE and Jordan to ship impactful capabilities end-to-end.
• Drive measurable business outcomes, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, run experiments, and continuously improve key metrics across the Box experience.
• Champion the customer, deeply understanding the needs of senders and recipients to build a product that is reliable, intuitive, and genuinely saving the day!
• Operate with founder-level ownership, moving fast, removing blockers, and doing what it takes to make Box succeed in the market.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in customer-facing applications and/or mobility or logistics products.
• An entrepreneurial mindset - energised by ambiguity, comfortable building from scratch, and taking full ownership of outcomes, not just outputs.
• Strong data proficiency with the ability to extract insights, validate hypotheses, and make evidence-based decisions. SQL experience is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills - able to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision and influence without authority.
• Deep customer obsession - you design with empathy and hold a high bar for the experiences you ship.
• A go-getter attitude - driven, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done, no matter what stands in the way.
• Comfort leveraging modern tools and AI to move faster and work smarter.
