If so, we're looking for a  Product Manager to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Develop comprehensive business cases in partnership with reporting teams, for assessing the viability of introducing new products/features or changing the existing ones, aiming to understand their potential profitability and impact

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the lending and other banking product related processes are optimized for the specific product and recommend improvements of the customer journey or lending/other banking product flow.

• Stay updated on all relevant financial regulations to ensure that products comply with all applicable standards, collaborate with legal and compliance teams. ​

• Ownership of the loan approval documentation together with Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders' opinion in specific cases.

• Oversee the production and delivery of lending and other banking products, ensuring efficient operations. Identify bottlenecks / issues and work for solutions. ​

• Monitor the KPIs to track the production process's efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with various internal teams, including risk, underwriting, operations, sales, marketing, legal, compliance etc. to execute product structure and processes effectively.

• Collaborate with development, design, & testing teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements & priorities.

• Provide support and resources to sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues related to products.

• Train customer-facing teams to effectively communicate product information to customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking, fintech or insurance company

• Proven experience of working on large projects and in an agile environment

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work well in a team environment

• Passion for business strategy and desire to learn and grow

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
