AHEAD is seeking a thoughtful, driven Product Manager to shape and lead critical initiatives across Hatch and Unity—two core platforms transforming how we deliver IT asset intelligence and management. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, execution, and collaboration, perfect for someone energized by bringing complex ideas to life.
As Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of assigned features and product launches from ideation through rollout. Your work will span user discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution definition, and go-to-market delivery. From working sessions with UI/UX to stand-ups with engineering, from executive reviews to frontline user sessions—your ability to translate vision into results will shape the experience of thousands of users.

You understand the role AI is playing in changing how software will work and how that impacts its relationship to users.

What Will You Be Doing?
Drive the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing enhancements for core product features and enhancements
Assist in and help shape the product strategy, including driving, grooming and communicating the product roadmap to both internal and external audiences
Define product requirements grounded in real user problems and validated feedback
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring intuitive, user-centered experiences to life
Work closely with stakeholders across departments—customer success, marketing, operations, finance—to ensure launches are well-coordinated and successful
Help think about the product different in light of advancements in AI, seeking unique ways to leverage state of the art functionality to enhance and further the product experience
Run user feedback sessions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
Drive product communications alongside marketing and enablement teams
Stay deeply engaged with clients, end users, and internal users to understand needs and proactively identify improvement opportunities
What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?
Demonstrated experience shipping high-impact product features or managing platform-level launches
Strong product discovery skills—can turn ambiguity into structured learning, insight, and direction
Clear, concise communicator comfortable with executives, engineers, and everyone in between
Experience working with UI/UX teams to translate vision into wireframes and prototypes
Excellent judgment balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business needs
Familiarity with agile development, iterative releases, and cross-functional team rituals
Background in SaaS, software development, internal tools, or platform product management is a plus
Comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards, and usage data to inform decisions
Experience with and comfort in the latest AI toolsets and approaches

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
