About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth-focused Product Manager to drive measurable business impact through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role is centered on improving acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across customer-facing experiences such as e-commerce, search, booking, or transactional flows.
Unlike platform or internal-tools PM roles, this position is deeply hands-on with growth levers. You will design and execute experiments, analyze user behavior, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities that move key business metrics.
This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys testing hypotheses, and is motivated by clear outcomes such as conversion lift, revenue growth, and improved user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive growth initiatives across key user journeys (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention)
Design, prioritize, and deliver experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using product analytics tools
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to execute experiments efficiently
Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and other stakeholders to align growth priorities
Translate insights into actionable product improvements
Measure impact, share learnings, and iterate based on results
Balance short-term wins with a longer-term growth strategy
Must Have:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in growth-focused roles
Proven success in designing and delivering experiments and A/B tests that drove business impact
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar
Experience working on e-commerce, search, booking, or conversion-driven flows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable navigating initiatives of varying scope and ambiguity
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Nice to have:
Experience with pricing, monetization, or revenue optimization initiatives
Familiarity with experimentation platforms or feature flagging tools
Experience in high-traffic consumer products or marketplaces
Background in startups or fast-paced growth environments
