We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our global product team!

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap, driving execution, and delivering real impact.
What you’ll do:
Manage the product backlog; ensure it’s sufficiently rich and well groomed; work closely with your squad team during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality products
Be the voice of the customer and advocate for for user-delight throughout all stages of the product development and deployment
Collaborate closely with all relevant teams across the organization including Sales, Account Managers, Implementation Managers, Engineering etc. to deliver high-quality solutions for GO7’s customers
Translate business and customer needs into well defined product features taking into account the competitive landscape and industry best practices
Lead your cross functional team through the discovery, definition, prioritization and evolution of the product roadmap
Requirements
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
3-4 years of experience in software product with a proven track record of delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS products
Hands-on experience with highly configurable, global, product solutions
A self-driven, fast paced and hands on leader and doer
Demonstrated success in releasing new products from zero to one
Deep understanding of end-to-end product management and agile processes
Customer obsessed with emotional intelligence for our customers and desire to understand their needs, wants and concerns
Experience working closely with UX designers, leading discovery and shaping product experiences
Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Experience in the aviation or travel tech industry is a strong advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills in English
