Product Manager

ShopStream is a fast-growing e-commerce marketplace seeking a Product Manager to join our Technology team in Sydney.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our B2C marketplace platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for our marketplace platform
- Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals
- Work with Agile teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion and user experience
- Collaborate with payment and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and operations

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven B2C marketplace or e-commerce background
- Deep familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing experience
- Experience integrating payment solutions (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of shipping consumer-facing products
