Job Description: Product Manager – AI-Powered Recruiting Workflows
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered recruiting workflows.
- Define product strategy to improve hiring speed and quality for global customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
- Lead product discovery and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Define and track success metrics for product features.
- Run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful delivery of features.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products from inception (0 to 1) and scaling (1 to scale).
- Experience with AI or Large Language Model (LLM) products is a strong plus.
