As e-invoicing becomes mandatory across multiple jurisdictions - including France - Dext is expanding its platform to support compliant, scalable and seamless electronic invoicing solutions. We are now looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver our e-invoicing capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence and outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As Product Manager for e-Invoicing, you will own and drive key initiatives related to the development, rollout and optimisation of our e-invoicing solutions, with a particular focus on regulatory frameworks such as the French B2B e-invoicing reform and other European mandates.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure our product meets legal requirements while delivering simplicity and value to customers.

This is a strategic and delivery-focused role at the intersection of regulation, platform scalability and customer experience.

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and own the e-invoicing product roadmap aligned with regulatory milestones and company objectives.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product scope.
• Ensure our solution remains compliant with evolving local and international e-invoicing standards (e.g. PDP, PEPPOL, Chorus Pro, structured invoice formats).
• Contribute to Dext’s transition into a multi-product platform with strong compliance capabilities.

Delivery & Execution

• Be a champion of AI tool along the engineering teams, being capable of driving forward conversation through tangible product prototypes
• Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure and reliable e-invoicing functionality.
• Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with precision and clarity.
• Prioritise initiatives based on regulatory deadlines, customer impact and commercial value.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions and ensure transparent communication of progress and releases.

Regulatory & Market Alignment

• Act as the internal subject matter expert on e-invoicing regulations, especially in France.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on product strategy.
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g. PDPs, regulatory bodies, integration partners) where relevant.
• Support Sales and Marketing with clear product positioning and regulatory messaging.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and the Product & Engineering organisation.
• Provide clear visibility to leadership on roadmap, risks, KPIs and delivery timelines.
• Gather and prioritise feedback from customers, partners and internal teams.
• Foster strong collaboration across departments including Finance, BI, Operations and Customer Support.
  
  

About You

You are a product professional who combines analytical thinking, structured execution and strong communication skills. You are comfortable navigating regulated environments and transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans.

Experience & Background

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, accounting tech, or regulated environments.
• Experience working on compliance-driven or regulation-led product initiatives is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with e-invoicing frameworks (especially French reform, PEPPOL, Factur-X, EBICS, structured invoice standards) is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proven ability to deliver complex product initiatives on time and within scope.
