Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to own product execution across core user journeys and platform capabilities. This role works closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and Business teams to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
The Product Manager is responsible for translating business goals into clear product outcomes, writing strong specifications, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring measurable impact after launch.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and execute the product roadmap for assigned product areas such as growth, onboarding, payments, wallet, cards, and related platform capabilities
- Translate company strategy into prioritized product initiatives with clear objectives and success metrics
- Identify product opportunities through user feedback, data analysis, competitive research, and operational insights
Requirements & Execution
- Write clear and detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with strong attention to edge cases
- Lead discovery and delivery cycles from ideation through design, development, QA, and release
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers to scope initiatives, manage trade-offs, and deliver on timelines
- Collaborate with QA and Support teams to ensure release readiness and minimize production issues
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Partnerships
- Manage dependencies and communicate progress, risks, and timelines clearly and consistently
- Drive structured decision-making and unblock teams where needed
User Experience & Quality
- Own and continuously improve key user flows such as onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading, and card spend
- Ensure products are intuitive, resilient, and designed for real-world operational and regulatory complexity
- Maintain high standards for UX clarity, completeness, and non-happy-path scenarios
Data & Performance
- Define product KPIs and monitor performance after launch
- Use dashboards and analysis to measure conversion, drop-offs, activation, retention, and monetization
- Iterate based on outcomes and data, not just feature delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company

Mandatory experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Crypto, Web3, Remittance, or Wallet products (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
- Strong ability to write high-quality PRDs and break down complex problems into clear, deliverable specifications
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams across front-end, backend, and mobile platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Experience with compliance-heavy products, including KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, and risk workflows
- Strong product analytics skills (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, GA4; SQL is a plus)
- Prior experience launching products across multiple countries or in regulated environments
