Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring.
Not the soul-crushing kind of boring — more like the “no drama, no chaos, just smart people doing great work” kind. The kind that lets you focus on what matters, without pointless meetings, micromanagement, or bureaucracy. We’re data-driven. We test, we iterate, we improve. Gut feelings don’t drive decisions — insights do.
We trust each other. We’re transparent, give real feedback, and actually listen. No egos, no hand-holding — just a team of experienced professionals moving fast, adapting easily, and delivering impact.
Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven. Our work is rooted in solving real problems that help ecommerce brands grow. No empty promises — we bring in results.
And yes, we have fun. But the grown-up kind — workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. No forced fun, no awkward icebreakers. Just genuine moments with a team that actually enjoys working together.
About the role:
We're looking for a Product Manager who thinks commercially and is energized by the challenge of turning pricing and packaging decisions into measurable business impact. You'll own a critical piece of Omnisend's revenue model — and have real influence over how we grow revenue from 150,000+ customers.
This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to optimize. You'll be expected to find the opportunity, frame the problem, design the test, ship the change, and measure the result.
About the team:
The Expansion team owns the commercial engine behind Omnisend's growth. We're responsible for Omnisend's pricing plans and add-ons as a product — designing how we package and price value, managing the monetization levers, and maintaining the billing system that keeps everything running. While core product teams build the features, we decide how they're priced, bundled, and surfaced to customers.
We're a small, focused squad sitting at the intersection of product, data, and commercial strategy. We move fast, rely heavily on data, and run experiments to learn what drives expansion revenue across our current customer base.
What you'll do at Omnisend:
Own the pricing and packaging strategy for Omnisend's plans and add-ons — from research and hypothesis through to implementation
Identify and size opportunities across the monetization funnel: upgrade triggers, plan limits, add-on discovery, trial conversion
Design and run pricing and packaging experiments, drawing meaningful conclusions from behavioral and revenue data
Work with billing engineering to maintain, improve, and evolve the billing system
Partner with core product teams to define commercial terms for new features and add-ons
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market and pricing communication
Track north star metrics for expansion revenue — and dig into the data when something looks off
What we use and value:
Company-wide OKR and GIST framework
Empowered product teams that solve customer and business problems, not build features
Objective-based planning and experimentation-driven delivery
Product-led growth
We look at product metrics daily, we speak to our customers and do it often
Outcomes and bringing value to our customers over outputs and feature factories
Ship to learn. Experimentation to validate hypotheses and assumptions
Truly embracing data-driven decisions
We expect that you’ll bring:
3–6 years of product management experience at a SaaS or tech company
Strong analytical skills — self-sufficient in product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar), comfortable working with data or directing analysts
A commercial mindset — you understand unit economics, ARR, expansion revenue, and can connect pricing decisions to business outcomes
Growth experimentation experience — you know how to design a clean test, run it, and draw the right conclusions
Strong cross-functional influence — you can align engineering, design, marketing, and finance behind a direction without formal authority
Comfortable with ambiguity; able to structure your own problem space and prioritize ruthlessly
Proficient in AI tools — or actively building that habit. We use tools like Claude, Cursor, and similar for data synthesis, discovery work, and moving faster as a team
Nice to have:
Experience with pricing, monetization, or subscription-based SaaS products
Familiarity with billing systems or subscription management platforms (Stripe, Chargebee, or similar)
Background in ecommerce — understanding how merchants think, what they pay for, and why they upgrade
Experience at a product-led growth or ecommerce SaaS company
What we offer in return:
Gross salary 6,000–8,000 EUR/month, depending on experience
Quarterly salary reviews
An unlimited learning budget for self-improvement complying with the best interest of Omnisend
Working methods and best practices inspired by the best tech companies in Silicon Valley
Senior colleagues (over 70%) enable us to have a high-performing, productive environment where your growth will accelerate
Flexible working hours and remote work possibilities
Private health insurance
Unlimited access to psychotherapy
Workstation budget
Personalized work anniversary gifts, such as house cleaning, spa treatments, international flights etc.
Attractive workations and team-led team-building events
