Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our innovative product line. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and guide products from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop and prioritize product features and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Facilitate agile product development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
