You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of AppZen’s integrations with leading ERP and financial systems. You will define how AppZen connects into the core systems of record for our customers and ensure those integrations are scalable, reliable, and easy to deploy.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand integration needs, prioritize opportunities, and deliver capabilities that accelerate time-to-value and expand AppZen’s platform reach.
What You'll Own:
ERP Integration Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evolve AppZen’s ERP integration strategy, prioritizing scalable, repeatable solutions across systems like Workday, NetSuite, SAP, and others
Product Execution: Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality integration capabilities
Customer-Centric Development: Engage with customers and internal teams to identify pain points and ensure integrations drive fast time-to-value
Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead collaboration across Engineering, Integration teams, Customer Success, and GTM to deliver and scale integrations successfully
Performance & Reliability: Drive improvements in integration adoption, reliability, and deployment speed through strong product and operational practices
What You Bring:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on integrations, APIs, or platform products
Deep understanding of ERP systems and enterprise software ecosystems
Experience working with APIs, data models, and integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven)
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams
Strong customer empathy - you understand how integrations impact implementation and long-term value
Technical & Domain Strengths:
Familiarity with ERP and financial systems such as Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, or Microsoft Dynamics
Understanding of iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) and integration architectures
Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, API keys) and secure data exchange
Experience with data formats and transformation (JSON, XML, CSV)
Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers and guiding architectural decisions
Nice To Have:
Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Expense, or finance automation domains
Background in SaaS platforms with customer-facing integrations
Exposure to integration reliability, monitoring, and observability practices
Experience scaling integration products across multiple customers and systems
