Responsibilities
- Responsible to for oversight of Product Development and manage P&L of various projects
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Entertainment based products with a clearly defined reason to exist in the trading card ecosystem.
- Work across departments to ensure timeliness and quality of product deliverables to ensure best in market products hit shelves.
- Collaborate on, and delegate tasks with the Associate Product Manager as well as outside design, packaging, and operational teams.
- Creatively solve problems that come up during production as well as display creativity across your product portfolio.
- Participate in the go-to-market strategy to support product adoption and development
- Strategize the right product based on market trends and patterns.
- Develop messaging for new product releases across Fanatics Collectibles
- Manage hard costs, shipping, deliverable, and premium
- Conduct market research across a trading cards market vertical
- Develop user personas based on target markets
- Act as a brand guardian and make sure all marketing deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and Fanatics Collectibles standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development or brand marketing.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Comics, film, music, and trading cards.
- Excellent project management skills
- Track record of driving strong growth and results through marketing strategies and campaigns
- Ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong command of data and ability to use data to inform strategies and tell a strong narrative
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- You thrive in a fast paced, startup environment and can manage well through ambiguity
