About The Team

Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.

We seek a senior trading product manager to join the Trading team. The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for our crypto asset trading products, including mark price, liquidation system, insurance fund, etc.
Optimize risk control rules, improve the efficiency of the risk control system, reduce the probability of and losses from abnormal events, and increase the amount and growth rate of the insurance fund.
Monitor risks and collect feedback on our risk control system after its launch, and continue to optimize the system based on effective iterative mechanisms.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments.
Instruct junior product managers to form a methodology on risk control products.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree with product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company.
Have a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis.
Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments.
Proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team.
Proficient in English language, Chinese Language is an added bonus but not a requirement (to work cross functionally with the tech team).

Nice-To-Haves

Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options is preferred.
Having in-depth insight based on data analysis, with extensive experience using Excel, SQL, Python and other tools for data processing and analysis is preferred.
