About The Team
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, trading options, etc. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager/Product director to join our Structured Products team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of structured products, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of global traders in the opportunity discovery phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures tailored to diverse user segments.

Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps, taking into account market situation, product life cycle, competitive landscape, and available resources.

Oversee project progress and cooperate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.

Use data-driven thinking to explore the core logic that affects AUM growth and user growth; formulate and implement growth and operation strategies.

Responsible for managing user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion, etc.) and enhancing the user journey experience across structured products.

Monitor and analyze market trends in crypto structured products, identify new opportunities and competitive threats, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.
What We Look For In You

Demonstrate a keen interest in blockchain and the financial industry, with a solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts.

3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor's degree or above; background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields preferred.

Exhibit strong skills in product design and project management, with a particular proficiency in identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.

Showcase rigorous logical thinking, exceptional teamwork abilities, and effective communication skills; capable of orchestrating resources across various departments to address challenges and meet objectives.

Display a proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude towards users and the team.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
Nice-To-Haves

Possess a strong understanding of the structured products landscape.

Experience in trading or designing options, structured products, or related derivatives at a financial institution or crypto exchange.

CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification.
