About The Opportunity
OKX's Strategy Trading team owns one of the most feature-rich automated trading suites in the crypto industry — covering Grid Trading, DCA, Martingale, Smart Arbitrage, Copy Trading, and more. We are now building our next-generation AI-powered trading products, aiming to fundamentally transform how users discover, configure, and execute trading strategies through intelligent automation, AI agents, and natural-language interfaces.
We are looking for a Product Manager who lives at the intersection of AI and crypto trading — someone who is not only passionate about large language models, agent architectures, and intelligent automation, but also deeply understands trading products and user behavior. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and shipping AI-native features across our strategy trading product line, working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to bring the future of AI trading to millions of users worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own the product roadmap for AI Trading features — From AI-assisted strategy recommendations, conversational trading interfaces, and intelligent risk alerts, to autonomous trading agents. Define the vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship iteratively.

Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences — Bridge the gap between LLM/Agent technology and real user needs; design product flows that make advanced trading intelligence accessible to both novice and expert traders.

Drive the full product lifecycle — Conduct user research, write detailed PRDs, collaborate with engineering on technical feasibility, run experiments, analyze data, and iterate based on real-world feedback and trading performance metrics.

Build deep domain expertise at the intersection of AI and trading — Stay on top of the latest developments in LLMs, AI agents (MCP, tool-use, ReAct loops), prompt engineering, and crypto market structure; translate emerging capabilities into product opportunities before competitors do.

Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with data scientists on model evaluation, with backend engineers on API and infrastructure design, with UX designers on interaction patterns, and with business teams on go-to-market strategy.

Shape the AI product strategy — Contribute to the broader AI trading vision, including platform-level decisions around open ecosystem (SDK/MCP), AI advisor, auto-execution, and user data leverage.
What We Look For In You

3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-powered products (chatbots, recommendation systems, AI agents, copilots, or similar). Crypto/fintech product experience is a strong advantage.

Deep understanding of AI product paradigms — Ability to articulate the differences between RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures, and know when to apply each. You have hands-on experience with LLM-based product design, evaluation, and iteration.

Strong technical intuition — Comfortable reading API documentation, discussing system architecture with engineers, understanding data pipelines, and prototyping with tools like Python, prompt playgrounds, or no-code/low-code AI platforms. You don't need to be a developer, but you think like one.

Genuine passion for crypto and trading — Actively uses crypto trading products, understand order types, market microstructure, and can explain how a grid bot or DCA strategy works. Ideally, you have skin in the game.

High agency and execution velocity — Thrive in ambiguity, move fast from "vague idea" to "shipped MVP", and are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. You don't wait for permission; you build conviction and drive alignment.

Excellent communication skills — Ability to write a crisp PRD, present a compelling product strategy to leadership, and facilitate productive debates with engineers. You adapt your communication style across audiences and cultures.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves

Experience building AI agent or copilot products (multi-step reasoning, tool calling, autonomous execution).

Hands-on prototyping ability — you've used Python, Claude/GPT APIs, or similar tools to build working prototypes that validate product concepts.

Familiarity with trading bot products, quantitative trading strategies, or algorithmic trading systems.

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), function calling, or AI SDK/platform product design.

Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, or fintech company.

Fluency in English is preferred to better support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
