About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager who cares deeply about users and distills complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. You would join the Deliverability and Compliance team that helps online businesses make all their marketing stack so each customer receives relevant and personalized messages. 

The Deliverability and Compliance team is responsible for:

Maximizing Message Reach – ensures customers’ emails, SMS, and web push notifications successfully reach their audience by optimizing deliverability and protecting messages from being flagged or filtered out.
Ensuring Compliance and Security – helps customers follow industry regulations and best practices, providing guidance on compliance to keep their brand’s reputation intact.
Optimizing Message Delivery Infrastructure – enables reliable, stable, scalable and uninterrupted messaging across email, SMS, and web push channels, so customers can engage with their audience 24/7.

What you’ll do at Omnisend:

  • Make intelligent & incremental product decisions and compromises to support an iterative approach, based on user testing, business, and technical considerations to inform these decisions;
  • Constantly look for the most impactful ways to reach company goals;
  • Become a domain expert in terms of our customers, eCommerce, deliverability and compliance, and event-based products in general;
  • Co-lead discovery and support delivery phases, including framing problems, researching them, and presenting insights;
  • Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research, and other product insights into meaningful product decisions, and experiments.

We expect that you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) of product management at user-focused tech with examples of shipped products;
  • Data-driven, self-sufficient in product analytics (i.e. Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Looker, Chartio, or other);
  • Customer centricity;
  • User research, and user testing skills;
  • Ability to present and articulate your product decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
  • Ability to view the bigger picture and how certain decisions impact the future;
  • You’re well-organized with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership;
  • Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams;
  • Experience in goal setting (short-term and long-term goal planning for the team);
  • Knowledge and experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Woocommerce is a big plus;
  • Background in deliverability, compliance, event-based products, data management platforms or similar would help you succeed faster.
