What is the role about?

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Product Manager who will take operational ownership of Leaseweb’s Dedicated Server portfolio.

You will focus on in-life product management, lifecycle execution, configuration accuracy, material and component lifecycle, occupancy optimization, process efficiency, and maintaining a consistent, well-structured product catalog across our global data center footprint.

Your mission is to ensure we maintain a reliable, scalable and operationally efficient server offering; while the Commercial Product Manager drives new services, pricing and market strategy.

This role requires strong coordination with operational stakeholders, data center teams, supply chain, delivery managers, business process owners and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Product Ownership

• Own the operational life cycle process of Dedicated Server models and configurations
• Maintain documentation, ordering rules, and backend product catalogs
• Drive consistency across global data center delivery
• Ensure operational readiness for hardware transitions and lifecycle changes

Lifecycle Management

• Monitor component lifecycle (EOL/EOS, firmware, vendor availability)
• Plan transitions together with supply chain and technology partners
• Update standard configurations and reduce legacy complexity

Occupancy & Efficiency

• Monitor utilization, available stock and delivery lead times
• Adjust configurations and stock rules to improve utilization
• Collaborate with data center operations on capacity and availability planning

• Improve margins and reduce operational waste across our processes

Data, Configuration & Systems

• Own backend data accuracy for materials, components and configuration attributes
• Maintain orderable configurations, dependencies and stock rules
• Ensure inventory data supports quoting, provisioning and delivery
• Improve documentation for internal teams and support processes

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years’ experience in Product Management or Operations (preferably in IaaS, hosting, or IT infrastructure)
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent relevant field.
• Familiarity with server hardware and components is strongly preferred
• Strong execution focus with high attention to detail
• Able to manage lifecycle initiatives across multiple regions
• Effective collaborator across technical and operational functions
• Process minded and analytical, comfortable with data, product metrics, and decision making under ambiguity.

Benefits include :

The salary for this position ranges from 70.000 Euros to 98.000 Euros annually (including the holiday allowance), depending on your experience and skills. The final offer is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as how the offer aligns with internal equity and our established salary framework.
