The Role

As a Cybersecurity Product Manager at At-Bay, you will lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of key features within our cybersecurity platform that protects our customers from evolving threats. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security research, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of usability, security and resilience. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping the future of At-Bay’s cybersecurity platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop new product domains, capabilities, and features within At-Bay’s Stance cybersecurity platform (exposure management, identity security, email security).
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product feature lifecycle, from concept and design through development, launch, and deployment.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with R&D to scope, design, and deliver high-quality features.
• Manage planning activities, backlog prioritization, and daily product decisions.
• Partner with product design to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience that enhances customer satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience, in B2B (must) with a focus on IT and cybersecurity SaaS solutions - Must.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching impactful products
• Strong technical background and understanding of cybersecurity technologies and concepts.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to drive effective prioritization, planning, and decision-making.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience.
