Responsibilities
Own the Earn product line end-to-end, covering stablecoin yield and structured products across roadmap, strategy, and new product innovation
Drive growth through data: track core metrics (TVL, APY, retention) and turn insights into actionable product improvements
Research yield strategies (funding rate arb, options, etc.) and build new earn products from 0 to 1
Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive adoption and go-to-market
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or growth within the Crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors
Deep understanding of crypto trading, arbitrage, and yield strategies
Proven ability and willingness to take full end-to-end ownership of an Earn product, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with a track record of driving complex projects to successful completion
Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into impactful product features
Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English proficiency for effective cross-team and partner communication
