Product Manager (CRM Backend System)

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of the Affiliate CRM system, including project planning, execution, and delivery.

Define project goals and plans, allocate tasks clearly, and adjust plans based on business changes.

Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure effective collaboration and optimal use of resources.

Oversee system implementation and improvements to enhance affiliate partner management and operational efficiency.

Identify and control project risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Establish and maintain standardized project processes to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least  years of experience in Internet product or project management.

Experience in CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or affiliate-related projects is preferred.

Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Self-driven, responsible, and capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
