what will you do:
complete flow from KYC, mandate, fraud checks, agreement signing, disbursal
end-to-end user experience across KYC, agreement, and mandate journeys
lender Integrations- new lender onboarding (tech + ops readiness)
managing existing lenders, optimizing lender funnels, and driving new feature developments, automating existing tech processes
drive configuration changes, policy updates without degrading borrower UX
fraud detection and prevention mechanisms by co-ordinating with credit and risk teams within the acquisition flow
own automated, DIY and manual ops review flows
ownership of improving TAT, session and conversion metrics of the user journey
funnel optimization across KYC, agreement, mandate, and disbursal stages
you should apply if you:
have 4–7 years of experience as a product manager, owning user-facing B2C products end to end, preferably in BFSI or regulated ecosystems
hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving foundations
have a proven track record of improving user experience and funnel outcomes (conversion, TAT, drop-offs) through product, partnerships-led growth
have experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, business, partner teams to ship scalable solutions
are comfortable working with data to make informed decisions, including defining metrics, analysing funnels, and using insights to drive prioritisation
