Product Manager - Core Banking

As a Product Manager in our Core Banking team, reporting to the Director of Platform Product, you will lead the development and enhancement of a pivotal banking function that spans all areas of the business. Your role will focus on expanding our capabilities while establishing a robust platform foundation to support both current and future products.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Product Manager:

• Building a product roadmap, strategy, and vision based on primary/secondary research, analytics, competitor insights, and business requirements
• Identifying risks, challenges, opportunities, and integration needs, translating these into actionable deliverables
• Leading a discovery track with multiple items in parallel, overlapping with other product areas
• Partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, directors, engineering managers, product managers, and vendors
• Collaborating with software engineers to facilitate development and drive alignment across teams
• Setting and pursuing KPIs and OKRs alongside your engineering manager to ensure successful product deliveries
• Communicating plans, progress, and results clearly across the organisation
• Providing regular updates and feedback to your team and stakeholders

Here’s what we’d love from you:

• Proven product management experience (2+ years, preferably more) with a track record of end-to-end digital product delivery at scale
• Extensive knowledge of the payments, finance, or banking industry (e.g., ledger, eWallet, IBAN), ideally in a fast-paced fintech environment
• Direct experience working with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to implement strategies and achieve results
• A data-informed mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, effective across various functions and levels
• Comfort in discussing complex business topics (e.g., finance, compliance, commercial) and shaping solutions to meet customer needs
• Technical understanding and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams

• Previous experience with platform products or services
• Experience managing vendor relationships in a regulated environment
