Product Manager - Consumer & Prosumer (B2C)

TLDR

Lead the development of innovative products that enhance customer experiences while aligning closely with strategic business goals across cross-functional teams.

As Product Manager - Consumer & Prosumer, you will play a key role in creating products that make a real impact on customers’ everyday lives. You will lead the development, evolution, and performance of physical and digital products, placing customer experience and business value at the heart of every decision.

At the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate the Product leadership’s strategic vision into concrete, prioritized, and measurable initiatives. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will actively contribute to delivering solutions that are relevant, high‑performing, and aligned with the ambitions of the Consumer & Prosumer segment.

Key responsibilities: 

1. Product Execution & Roadmap

  • Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog;
  • In collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Directors, define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with: strategic directions, business objectives and capacity constraints;
  • Translate product vision into concrete initiatives, including: features, devices, enhancements, and maintenance / issue management.

2. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle (development, launch, continuous improvement, and physical product end‑of‑life management);
  • Ensure consistency between the target experience, product quality, and value delivered to customers;
  • Monitor product performance, including adoption, usage, and quality.

3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Delivery teams, Product Owners, CX Designers, and Architects to ensure effective prioritization, requirements definition, and technology alignment;
  • Participate in digital and physical delivery governance forums;
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market sequencing for product initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams.

4. Product Documentation & Support

  • Contribute to product documentation for various teams, with a strong focus on Customer Service team needs.

5. Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track product performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2C environments
  • Experience delivering digital and/or physical products across the full product lifecycle
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Strong ability to translate strategic vision into concrete, prioritized, and measurable initiatives
  • Excellent influencing skills and strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with a deep focus on customer value and user experience
