Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our products at Caseware. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience—defining the roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering products that make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of your product(s), from strategy and planning to execution and delivery.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals.

Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports the broader Caseware portfolio.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Engage directly with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to gather feedback and ensure product relevance.

Contribute to long-term product vision and influence strategic decisions within your product area.

Support and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practices across the product organization.

Participate in special projects that enhance process efficiency or strategic alignment.

Represent the product team in discussions with senior management and external partners.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.

Proven ability to deliver initiatives successfully and on schedule.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.

A track record of collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.

Strategic mindset — ability to balance immediate goals with long-term vision.

Deep curiosity about how your product fits within the broader business and market landscape.

Experience with go-to-market (GTM) activities and a customer-first approach to product development.

Desire to mentor others and continuously improve team performance.
