Product Manager, Care Collaboration

The Role

We are seeking a high-impact Product Manager to drive execution and growth of our Care Collaboration product. This role is ideal for a strong product IC who thrives in ambiguity, works closely with customers, and enjoys partnering deeply with engineering and go-to-market teams.

You’ll report to the GM of Care Collaboration and own meaningful areas of product definition and delivery, translating customer needs, usage insights, and business priorities into a clear roadmap and shipped product. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and visibility across the organization. 

The Opportunity

This is the first Product Manager hire for Vim’s Care Collaboration business unit. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, establishing strong product practices, and driving growth for this product line. Working closely with engineering, sales, and leadership, you’ll translate customer and business needs into scalable products and help set the foundation for how product scales as the business grows.

What you will do 

Product Ownership and Execution 

• Own and evolve key areas of the product roadmap from discovery through launch
• Talk directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
• Translate customer, usage, and business insights into clear product requirements
• Partner closely with engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features
• Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and feedback loops
• Measure product success through engagement, usage, and adoption signals

Business Impact 

• Work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to improve product adoption and support go-to-market efforts
• Incorporate market and competitive insights into product decisions
• Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Who we are looking for 

Must Have Experience 

• 3–6+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building B2B SaaS products, preferably in healthcare or complex enterprise environments (bonus points for experience owning a product used daily by operational or clinical users, where engagement and adoption matter)
• Proven ability to ship products and features with real customer or business impact
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams
• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, design, and operations
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives forward independently

Product & Business Skills 

• Solid product judgment and prioritization skills
• Customer-centric mindset with experience gathering and synthesizing feedback
• Ability to understand business goals and incorporate them into product decisions
• Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and manage tradeoffs

Technical Foundation 

• Comfortable working with technical teams on requirements and constraints
• Understanding of modern product development practices and lifecycle
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products is a plus
• Data fluency—able to use metrics and insights to inform decisions

• Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 (based on experience and level)
