We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join a high-impact data initiative within the marketing and IT industry. In this role, you’ll lead product strategy and execution for internal tools and platforms supporting onboarding, DevOps, and data delivery operations. You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure product alignment, delivery excellence, and a strong documentation-driven culture. 

This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, operations, and engineering in a global, fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning strategic business goals with technical capabilities 

  • Lead project planning cycles, facilitating coordination across distributed teams 

  • Own Jira board management and ensure all deliverables meet internal quality and documentation standards 

  • Review deliverables prior to client-facing handoff to ensure consistency and accuracy 

  • Drive collaboration between onboarding, DevOps, and delivery teams 

  • Promote best practices in delivery execution and communication workflows 

  • Provide ongoing updates on status, risks, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders 

  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams working on product delivery

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, ideally in data-focused or technical environments within financial services or a regulated industry 

  • Experience with Snowflake, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex AI Functions, GCP/GBQ and Vertex AI 

  • Strong experience using Jira for task tracking, status reporting, and backlog management 

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and documentation 

  • Proven ability to work with distributed global teams and manage cross-functional coordination 

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or SingleSource systems (a plus) 

  • Exposure to AI or intelligent automation technologies (preferred but not required) 

  • Experience working directly with clients
